GUIDE FOR STANDARD OF CLASSES

ADVANCED (Classes A and B)

These classes are intended for those who have good knowledge of, and are competent in, all steps and formations, including such as the Strathspey Poussette, the Rondel, the Tournee and the Knot.

INTERMEDIATE (Classes C and D)

These classes are designed for those with a reasonable knowledge of steps and the basic formations, such as Allemande, Poussette, Promenade, etc., but who are not yet entirely competent and confident.

ELEMENTARY (Classes E and F)

These sessions are intended for those who have attended a class for 6 - 8 weeks or more.¬Ý They will concentrate mainly on steps and basic formations, as they appear in the traditional and more straightforward modern dances.

If in doubt about your dancing ability please consult your teacher.

The teachers reserve the right to regroup dancers in appropriate cases.

SOFT SHOES ONLY are allowed on the floors used for dancing.

LUNCH

We regret that we are unable to provide lunch on the premises.

Light refreshments will be served during the evening dance.
