The Newcomers Dance has as its main aim to attract dancers who
go to classes but who for all sorts of reasons would not normally
attend social dances.
In order to give everyone confidence we shall walk through
each dance before dancing it.
We hope that the programme will be interesting enough to appeal
to experienced dancers too.
If you¹re less experienced, get an ’old hand’ (who of course might be a ’young hand’) as a partner for any dances you are not sure of. And if you¹re more experienced, please come along to give support!

Special message to newcomers please give this one a try,
even if you cannot make a regular commitment to attending social dances.
This is the only Branch-wide event when we guarantee to
walk through every dance, so it¹’s a great chance to have a go!
