The committee consists of
a CHAIRMAN elected for a two year period following one year holding the post of
the CHAIRMAN ELECT; this post is therefore vacant every other year;
a SECRETARY, who is elected each year, for a maximum series of four years;
a TREASURER elected annually, again for a maximum of four years;
together with FOUR COMMITTEE MEMBERS each elected for a two year period.
The varying periods of office are to enable some consistency and experience to develop.
In addition the Committee can co-opt or ask others to attend meetings, for example,
the THURSDAY CLASS TEACHER is normally asked to attend.
