AGM MEMBERS’ FORUM 2006
TABLE FEEDBACK ABOUT THE FORMAT OF THE FORUM

Blue numbers refer to the table number; following text is a near copy of points made at that table - ambiguities have been left in.

1
Feedback: one sentence means one sentence, not a 5 minute chat, chairman must control this.
Some groups went into too much detail when we were told not to.
It was not made clear when we arrived that we had to split up and sit at separate tables ( PJW: that was not a rigid aim of ours this time)
Not this form every year.
2
An excellent idea and way of making constructive discussion
4
Members’ Forum in this format was very successful and was very efficiently thought through and conducted by the Bristol Branch
Could the M.B. please publish the points and their intended future actions.
5
We could have talked longer. The group was not dominated by any one person, all felt comfortable and encouraged to air their views. we must tell ALL members (web-site, magazine, word of mouth) that ideas put forward are discussed.
11
We support today’s format for the meeting.
13
Table discussion good, max 10 - 11 people,
NEEDS FOLLOW-UP and FEEDBACK.
14
The format of the forum was excellent and well prepared and further developed.
By time-tabling it at the same time as the alternative class we have excluded the younger input.
