Dance Weekend 2026

Terms and Conditions
1. The organisers and Bristol RSCDS accept no responsibility for any injury or loss sustained during the weekend event.
2. Bristol RSCDS will maintain a record of weekend registrations, including contact details, in order to administer and keep you informed about this event. Your name, room and dietary requirements will be passed to the hotel. Other than this, no data will be passed to any other organisation or third party without your consent. 3. Cancellation by you prior to the event: (Unless someone takes your place.)
Refund less £20 deposit available to 24 January
Refund of 50% less £20 deposit available from 25 January to 12 February
No refund available after 12 February
4. Cancellation of the entire event by Bristol RSCDS
All monies paid will be refunded
5. Event not run with advertised Musician
In the event the advertised musicians are unable to attend we will take reasonable steps to secure alternative musicians of a similar caliber. If we are unable to do so the weekend will proceed using recorded music. If the weekend is run with recorded music we will provide whatever refund we can whilst ensuring the weekend does not make a loss.
6. Event not run with advertised Teacher
In the event the advertised Teacher becomes unable to attend we will take reasonable steps to secure an alternative visiting Teacher of a similar caliber. If we are unable to do so the weekend will proceed using one or more teachers from Bristol Branch. This type of change is unlikely to reduce the weekend cost and therefore no refund will be payable
