Following Submission you will receive an automated “provisional booking” email containing all the information below.  Full payment (bank transfer preferred) is required to confirm your booking. As well as the calculated total, RSCDS Bristol Banking details and payment reference requirements will be provided in this email.  Please pay promptly.

Approximately once a week, more often in the week running up to the event, confirmation emails will be issued in line with payments received.  If necessary, provisional bookings will be chased.
